Kaimkillenbun State School students participate in a number of sporting carnivals throughout the year, as part of the Quinalow and District Sports Association. Cross Country and an Athletics Carnival are run annually.
All students from Prep to Year 6 also undertake swimming lessons in both Term 1 and Term 4. Bus transport is provided for students to and from these lessons.
